Yes, both personality tests and chat community features on bboLab are completely free. You can use all features immediately after signing up.
You can easily sign up with your Google account. Click the "Sign In" button at the top right of the homepage and select your Google account. No separate password setup is needed.

You can delete your account from the profile settings page. All test data, chat history, and profile information will be permanently deleted. This action cannot be undone, so please decide carefully.
The Big Five Basic Test (50 items) takes about 5-10 minutes, and the NEO-PI-R In-Depth Test (240 items) takes about 30-40 minutes. Responses are auto-saved during the test, so you don't need to complete it in one sitting.
Yes, you can retake the test at any time. Previous test results are also preserved, so you can compare personality changes over time.
bboLab's tests use the Big Five model validated through decades of academic research. However, test results show personality tendencies and do not replace professional psychological diagnosis. The more honestly you respond, the more accurate your results will be.
BIG5-50 is a basic test with 50 items that quickly identifies 5 personality domains. NEO-PI-R is an in-depth test with 240 items that provides detailed analysis of 30 sub-facets across 5 domains. If it's your first time, start with the basic test, then try the in-depth test for more detailed results.
Test responses are auto-saved during the test, and completed results are securely stored on our servers. You can view previous results anytime while logged in. All data is permanently deleted when you delete your account.
After logging in, access the chat page to see the lobby. Click on any room in the public chat room list to join, or create a new room with the "Create Room" button. You can also have 1:1 conversations through DM (Direct Messages).
Yes, you can choose the public/private option when creating a chat room. Private rooms can only be joined by invited users and are not displayed in the public lobby list.
If you receive offensive messages or discover a user violating community rules, use the report feature on the message or user profile. All reports are reviewed by administrators, and actions such as warnings, chat restrictions, or account suspension will be taken for confirmed violations.
Your chosen nickname is displayed in chat. Since nicknames are used instead of real names, a certain level of anonymity is guaranteed. However, administrators can review accounts in case of community rule violations. For safe chatting, we recommend avoiding nicknames that could identify you personally.
Up to 50 people can join a chat room. For smooth conversations, creating smaller chat rooms for focused discussions with a few people is also a great approach.
