Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between bboLab (hereinafter "the Service") and users regarding the use of personality testing and community services provided by the Service.

Article 2 (Definitions)

  1. "Service" refers to all services provided by bboLab, including personality tests, result analysis, and chat community features.
  2. "User" refers to both members and non-members who use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
  3. "Member" refers to a user who has registered and created an account with the Service.

Article 3 (Effect and Modification of Terms)

  1. These Terms take effect when posted on the Service or otherwise communicated to users.
  2. The Service may modify these Terms for reasonable cause within the bounds of applicable laws. Modified Terms take effect upon announcement.

Article 4 (Registration and Accounts)

  1. Users may register through social login accounts (Google, etc.).
  2. Members must provide accurate information and must not misuse another person's information.
  3. Members are responsible for maintaining the security of their account information.

Article 5 (Services Provided)

  1. The Service provides the following features:
    • Scientific personality tests such as Big Five and NEO-PI-R
    • Test result analysis and reports
    • Chat community (public/private chat rooms, direct messages)
    • Profile management
  2. The Service may modify its features as needed for operational or technical reasons.

Article 6 (User Obligations)

Users must not engage in the following activities:

  • Illegally collecting or using another person's personal information
  • Distributing profanity, defamation, discrimination, or hate speech through the Service
  • Interfering with the normal operation of the Service
  • Any activities that violate applicable laws

Article 7 (Use of Test Results)

  1. Personality test results provided by the Service are for reference only and do not substitute professional psychological diagnosis.
  2. The interpretation and use of test results are the responsibility of the user.

Article 8 (Service Use Restrictions)

The Service may restrict use or suspend accounts if a user violates these Terms or interferes with the normal operation of the Service.

Article 9 (Disclaimer)

  1. The Service is exempt from liability when it cannot provide services due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, wars, or telecommunications service interruptions.
  2. The Service is not liable for service disruptions caused by the user's own actions.

Article 10 (Dispute Resolution)

Disputes between the Service and users shall be resolved under the laws of the Republic of Korea, and the competent court shall be determined in accordance with the Civil Procedure Act.
